  • I currently offer sessions virtually through HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platforms, with phone sessions also available. The format is flexible, allowing for hybrid options where you can choose between video and phone sessions based on your needs.

  • I provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on eligibility. It’s best to check directly with your insurance provider to understand how they handle superbills. Additionally, I am contracted with several insurance companies for in-network services.

  • I recommend starting with weekly sessions to ensure we make meaningful progress toward your goals. You can determine when you’d like to decrease the frequency of our meetings.

  • I offer a complimentary 15-minute phone consultation to help you determine if we’re a good fit. This call allows you to share what you’re seeking support for while I provide insight into my approach and style. You’re welcome to ask any questions you may have, and I will guide you through the next steps and what to expect in our first session if you decide to move forward.

  • While I have a standard session rate, I can offer limited sliding scale availability for those demonstrating financial need. Please feel free to call, email, or book a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss rates.
