Alexandra Erin Gross, MA, LMFT, LPCC

is a licensed therapist and holistic practitioner known for her integrative, client-centered approach. With a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University, Alexandra blends her clinical expertise with a strong commitment to guiding others through their healing and personal growth journeys.

Before transitioning into the mental health field, Alexandra worked as a successful ad tech sales executive in New York City and Washington, D.C. Feeling unfulfilled by the corporate world, she chose to pursue a more meaningful path aligned with her strengths in connecting with and supporting others. Her own experiences navigating complex family dynamics, abusive relationships, trauma, cross-country relocations, and major career changes have equipped her with deep empathy and a nuanced understanding of the challenges her clients face.

Alexandra draws from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic principles, somatic techniques, and holistic practices. Certified as a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and a Level II Reiki practitioner, along with additional training in holistic health and nutrition, she believes in addressing the mind, body, and spirit to promote comprehensive healing. She specializes in working with individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, low self-esteem, identity issues, addiction, and people-pleasing tendencies. Alexandra also offers professional coaching to help clients navigate career transitions, manage workplace challenges, and develop leadership skills.

Her approach is collaborative and tailored to the unique needs of each individual, couple, or family. Alexandra’s goal is to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build on their strengths, and achieve greater clarity, empowerment, and fulfillment in their lives.
